Why we started
The same gap kept returning
In 2023, after years leading distributed projects across multiple time zones, Elena and Mikael saw the same pattern: a clear meeting, decisions agreed, then silence. By the next standup, no one knew for sure who owned what or what had been decided.
The notes were there, but no one read them. Important context stayed in people's heads, then vanished as attention moved on. They searched for a tool to close the gap, but the strongest options ended at transcription. Converting decisions into tracked work was still manual.
Cino fills that gap. It is more than transcription: it turns a spoken commitment into a task in a tracker before it is forgotten. Cino drafts tasks from the meeting. A person still decides priority and gives final approval, while the move from spoken decision to written task no longer gets lost.
