How It Works

Meeting invite to tracked task

Cino works within your team's current meeting flow. No new habits or extra steps.

Three steps, tasks tracked

  1. Invite Cino to the call

Add Cino to the event or paste the meeting link. It joins as a silent participant on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

  2. Cino listens for decisions

Cino separates speakers, follows the discussion, and spots decisions as they occur. It finds commitments and pulls owners, actions, and deadlines from natural language.

  3. Tasks assigned before the call ends

Each action item is assigned to its owner and synced to your task tracker in real time. When the call ends, the task list is updated.

Technical detail

How Cino captures the work

Speaker diarization

Cino tells participants apart and links each transcript turn to the right speaker, including overlapping talk.

Intent detection

Cino distinguishes commitments, decisions, and actions from general discussion by identifying each statement's intent, not only its words.

Assignment extraction

Cino extracts owners, actions, and deadlines from natural language, then structures them as tasks for your tracker.

Real-time processing

Processing runs during the call. The first task reaches your tracker minutes into the meeting, not minutes after it ends.
