Each seat covers one named user who can invite Cino to meetings. You pay for active seats. Remove a departing user's seat and billing adjusts at the next renewal. Add seats anytime; additions are prorated for the rest of the billing period.
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% versus monthly. Switch anytime in account settings; the discount starts with the next billing cycle.
